B. Total Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Expect your order to arrive in 16-20 business days (4-5 days processing + 12-15 days transit).
- Express Shipping: Expect your order to arrive in 9-12 business days (2-3 days processing + 7-9 days transit).
- Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays, especially for international shipments.

D. How Shipping Works
- Order Placement: Once you place an order for product, you’ll select your preferred shipping method (Standard or Express) at checkout. The shipping cost ($6.49 for Standard or $12.49 for Express) will be displayed in USD before you finalize your purchase.
- Order Processing: Our team begins preparing your order within the specified processing time (4-5 business days for Standard, 2-3 business days for Express).
- Shipment: After processing, your order is handed over to our trusted shipping partners. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) so you can monitor your package’s journey.
- Delivery: Your order will arrive within the estimated transit time, depending on your chosen shipping method and destination.
E. Taxes and Customs Fees
- NO CUSTOMS OR DUTY FEES! We pay these fees so you don’t have to! The total billed at checkout is the final amount you pay, inclusive of VAT, with no additional charges at the time of delivery!
- Transparency: Vibebom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, but we’ll provide tracking information to help you stay informed.
F. Shipping Issues
We strive to ensure every order arrives on time and in perfect condition. If you encounter any issues, here’s how we can help:
- Delayed Shipments: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window (16-20 business days for Standard, 9-12 business days for Express), contact us at contact@vibebom.shop with your order number, and we’ll investigate with our shipping partners.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, per our Return Policy.
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Vibebom is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
